FAQs
Why don't I receive mailings from the Alumni Association?
To offer the most current information to our alumni, the Association posts all pertinent information on this web site. You also may receive newsletters, satisfaction and interest surveys, and periodicals via email.
While the DeVry Alumni Association doesn't execute many hard mailings, they aren't entirely out of the question. It is possible that you may receive "snail mail" from DeVry at some point in the future.
If I provide my contact information, can I change my mind and be removed from the mailing list?
The DeVry Alumni Association occasionally shares your address with DeVry departments organizing alumni receptions or promoting new degree programs, or with vendors offering special benefits. You may opt out of any mailings - just contact the Association and let us know.
How can I get in touch with former faculty members?
Alumni are always welcome to contact the location from which they graduated. Online graduates should call 877-496-9050 and choose option 3 to speak to an educational advisor.
What about class reunions?
Class reunions can be as formal as black tie dinners or as casual as potluck BBQs. Regardless of whether reunions are organized by the DeVry Alumni Association, a local chapter or a group of graduates, we need your current address to be sure your invitation finds you. Be sure to update your contact information.
As a graduate, how can I remain involved with DeVry?
DeVry alumni are encouraged to contact the DeVry location from which they graduated. Online grads are welcome to contact the DeVry location that is closest to where they live. Opportunities for involvement range from being an active member of an alumni chapter to mentoring new students or serving on a DeVry curriculum advisory board. See the diverse volunteer opportunities here.
What degree programs does DeVry currently offer?
Complete information is available about each of DeVry and Keller's degree programs as well as Keller's graduate certificate offerings.
Can the Alumni Association verify proof of my graduation?
No. Only the registrar at the location you attended can provide proof of graduation.
How can I get a copy of my transcript or diploma, or my final grades?
For on-site DeVry undergraduate alumni, the registrar at the location from which you graduated issues transcripts and degree verification. Final grades are also available from the registrar. For the street address and fax number of your location's registrar, search for the location here.
DeVry Online alumni should go to http://help.devry.edu. Simply type in the keyword "transcript" and you will be provided with the transcript request form and the appropriate fax number/mailing address required. If you have questions regarding your transcript request call 877-496-9050 (choose option 3 to speak to an educational advisor).
Keller Graduate School alumni must download a Keller Transcript Request Form and fax it to 630-543-6269.
How can I get a copy of the DeVry Alumni Directory?
The DeVry Alumni Directory can be accessed online. You also may purchase the 2007 Directory in hard copy and CD format. For more information call 800-390-5617.
