Tuition
Recognizing the value of lifelong learning, the University offers alumni who hold a DeVry University graduate degree the opportunity to pursue most graduate-level coursework at reduced tuition rates. Tuition for the first course after the graduation date of the student's first graduate degree is $150, and all subsequent courses are taken at 85% of the prevailing tuition rate. The benefit is not applicable to CPA and CFA exam-preparation coursework. Alumni who wish to enroll in undergraduate coursework should review the separate benefit conditions listed in the undergraduate catalog. More information is available from the chief location administrator/online student services advisor.
In addition, alumni who have earned a DeVry University bachelor's and/or master's degree may take advantage of the opportunity to enroll in as many as 24 semester-credit hours of undergraduate coursework on a space-available basis for a reduced tuition rate of $465 per credit hour, regardless of course load. This benefit does not apply to graduate coursework.
The alumni tuition rate must be requested prior to the intended period of enrollment and is available beginning in the academic semester after official degree certification is received from the Registrar. Alumni should work with the appropriate Registrar to participate in continuing education coursework at alumni rates. All alumni must meet prerequisites for courses in which they enroll and must meet satisfactory academic progress standards. Participation is limited to space availability. Alumni rates are subject to change without prior notice.
